About Preferred Physical Therapy 

Preferred Physical Therapy individually tailors a physical therapy program for your specific needs. Whether your injury is related to an auto accident, sports injury, slip or fall, the physical therapists in our four locations will conduct an initial evaluation of your condition to see how best to proceed with your physical therapy and treatment. 

We are family-owned and have been providing physical therapy services to the Orange Park area since 1977. We offer state-of-art diagnostics and all our evaluations are completed by a licensed and certified physical therapist.
